Hello and Welcome! Thank you for visiting my blog. From the young age of seven I discovered my love for capturing life. I grew up in Idaho and still adore my little home town. No other place feels more like home to me. Growing up in Idaho I was surrounded by beauty always. Amazing sunsets, beautiful trees, magical winters and wonderful people. Inspiration was always around me. Living in such a quaint corner of the world really helped jumpstart my love for light, life and people.

My photography journey began when I was very young. My uncle was a photographer and as long as I can remember I was always fascinated with his camera. I watched him year after year take amazing photos for our entire family to have and share and treasure. He photographed all moments, the big and the small. So when I was seven years old, I decided I wanted do the same thing. I wanted to freeze those moments to keep forever. I quickly became obsessed with capturing the little moments in life like my dog in the backyard or the pink blossoms that bloom every year in our front yard. After years of trying to get my hands on any camera I could find, I received my first point and shoot camera and it was glued to my face from that moment on. Over time I continued to learn and grow my knowledge of everything cameras. Now I have a passion for helping others do the same.
